My Life Improvement Page-2015

It is 2015 and I am 35 years old and have been obese for 20 years. It is time to get into shape. I am not going to focus on my weight but on my fitness. I Completed my first half marathon on January 18, 2015. I am planning to do my first sprint length triathlon in April 2015. If things go well I'm going to consider doing a triathlon with the Leukemia Lymphoma society-Team in Training later in 2015 or early 2016.

My reward for all of the hard work this year is a cruise starting ...

If things go well I'm going to consider doing a triathlon with the Leukemia Lymphoma society-Team in Training later in 2015 or early 2016.

My reward for all of the hard work this year is a cruise starting in Greece in October 2015. I want to be more comfortable flying in a plane.

For now it is one day at a time and I am walking at least two miles a day for the month of January with the exception of the day after the half marathon.

1. Participate in the winter 5% challenge

2. compete in my first half marathon in January 2015

3. Compete in my first sprint triathlon in April 2015



My Program:
1. Drink 8 cups of water a day
2. Walk 1-2 miles every day.
3. Swim 1-2 times a week.
4. Learn to ride a bicycle for more than one mile at a time.


Other Information:
The best book that I have ever read is called "I Can, You Can Too!" by Mamie McCullough.
