My Life Improvement Page-2015

It is 2015 and I am 35 years old and have been obese for 20 years. It is time to get into shape. I am not going to focus on my weight but on my fitness. I Completed my first half marathon on January 18, 2015. I am planning to do my first sprint length triathlon in June 2015. If things go well I'm going to consider doing a longer triathlon with the Leukemia Lymphoma society-Team in Training later in 2015 or early 2016.

My reward for all of the hard work this year is a cruise ...

My reward for all of the hard work this year is a cruise starting in Greece in October 2015. I want to be more comfortable flying in a plane.

For now it is one day at a time and I am walking at least two miles a day for the month of January with the exception of the day after the half marathon.

My Goals:
1. Compete in my first triathlon June 13, 2015

2. Compete in my second triathlon July 19, 2015.

3. Lose 25 pound by October 1, 2015 with a goal weight of 225lbs.


My Program:
1. Drink 8 cups of water a day
2. Walk 1-3 miles 3-4 times a week..
3. Swim 1-2 times a week.
4. Ride a bicycle at least twice a week
5. Do strength training 2 times a week.
6. Track my intake daily.

Other Information:
The best book that I have ever read is called "I Can, You Can Too!" by Mamie McCullough.
