Taking the first steps of a long journey...

I am very happy to be teamed up with such an amazing group of people at this moment of my life.
Everything I have ever done in life has always been all or nothing, it has not always served me well.
Today, I am looking for that balance, not only with nutrition but in all parts of my life. I want to take that middle road, gracefully and purposefully and slowly for a change.

I was inspired by Founder3 to add my current thoughts about
my journey so I can look back and assess.
Well we have an empty nest now.
My husband was laid off.
We are adapting to being with each other 24/7.
Green smoothies have entered my life and my weight has gone down and my stomach is way flatter.
I am moving to include physical activity but I am fundamentally lazy and really resist it.
I feel good! My alcohol consumption is nearly zero.
Can't drink and lose weight!
Energy is way up.
Positivity is on the rise.
