A New Year to start off right!
I'm married, no kids, transitioning from part time to retirement over the coming 11 months. I'm happy that my company sponsors SparkPeople as part of our health program. I'm a Lifetime member of WW, so I know what I'm supposed to do, and SparkPeople helped me get to my goal, but I've been away and need to re-focus. I need to RE-remove 15 pounds, but I'll never give up! Here's what motivates me to stick with it: - Get back into my clothes. - ...

My Goals:
Get back to my WW Goal of 135 pounds At 148, my BMI is "healthy" instead of "overweight", so that's my first goal
My Program:
The Nutrition Tracker is the BEST. I use the SparkPoints page as a checklist of the good things to do on the site. Earning SparkPoints keeps me motivated. My hubby & I usually walk around our quiet neighborhood after dinner for 30 minutes. I need to sign up for Curves again, too. Just eating right isn't enough!
