That is EXACTLY what WILL happen! 3-5, then 1-2, then plateau, and some times for long periods of time, such as mine.....but instead, keep going! Tweak your program, but gently, EASY modifications, that you can manage! Hugs, my friend....I AM SOOOOO PROUD OF YOU! You got this!
Thanks for the encouragement Marylou. I know it is a life long life style change and I am learning I can not let my guard down. That's not to say I can,t enjoy my favorites once in a while, just not uncontrollably like I tend to do when not paying attention.
