Still doing my Cathe step and Bowflex program. Changed it up a bit. So it doesn't get boring. (LOL) I am stepping it up a bit for the new year. I figure i'm getting my first full year of a healthier life style in 2010. Jan 3rd brings the first new workout with the Spark Your Body Bootcamp. My plan is to get a new thirty day program or challenge for each month. That should give me the additional boost i'm looking for. SOOOOOOO, GET ON, GET STARTED,AND HERE WE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
