My Goals:
1. Get stronger
2, Tone up my arms, legs and stomach
3. Look WICKED in a bikini next summer (lol)
4. Eat better food that fuel my body AND taste good
5.Dance, walk or go to the gym at least once every single day

My Program:
I am taking advantage of the gym in my apartment. I've invested in workout equipment. I have a gym bag with my work out clothes and sneakers in the trunk of my car so there's no excuse not to work out every day anywhere I choose. I am buying more fresh fruit and veggies and when I can't get that I'm making sure that I at least buy frozen.

Other Information:
Things that inspire me
1. My kids
2. My father who changed a fatal diagnosis through great attitude and healthy living
3. My boyfriend who loves me exactly the way that I am
