I am a dedicated wife and mother, who had lost touch with taking care of ME over the past 24 years. I came to SP looking to find other people who were making healthy changes in their own lives. I have found friends on SparkPeople who have supported me in this journey to get my health and my own individual life back. I enjoy scrapbooking and karaoke, love music of all types, and truly believe that our children are the future (though sometimes that thought scares me a little. ;o)

BMI down from 43.6 to 32.6 from 1/1/10 to 11/1/10. Still obese, but progress!

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
