I'm starting over. Adjusting my eating habits and improving my exercise habits.
It's time to go back to exercising before work each day. I did much better when I stuck to that schedule.
March 17, 2008 is the day I received the phone call that changed my life forever. I was at work. It was my doctor. The test results came back positive for cancer. After surgery and 5 months of chemo, I am so happy to say I am cancer free.
