My Program:
I run but mainly I discovered circuit training 3x a week in a small gym. It's made a huge difference.

Personal Information:
I'm from Indiana. I'm married with 2 children and a daughter-in law. I've lost 62 lbs. on my own, before I found SP. It's taken a while ...I've found some of it....lost it....found some again.....lost it again. I'm doing well at keeping it off now. I have more I'd like to lose. I've currently lost 84 lbs. from my highest! Yea me!

I enjoy performing in local theatre.
