My Goals:
Now that I have lost more weight than I thought I could, the goal is to keep it off and work on strength. My whole body feels better without those extra 24 pounds I started with on Spark 4+ years ago.

I would like to build my running mileage back up for a half marathon in early summer.

My Program:
Just keep moving.

Run as often as my body will allow.

Keep doing core 2-4xweek.

Add biking in the spring.

In the meantime, I need to remove my head from the food trough & get back on track. Oy. I have this CONSTANT hunger that I just can't make quit right now! boo.

Hello: You're totally right of course about the 5 mile run. I think I'm just upset that I didn't advance in my runs as quickly as I had it all planned out in my head. (huh, kind of the story of my life!) I mean by now I was supposed to be breezing through 4-5 miles. Baby steps.

As for the rest, yeah, it'll work itself out. I think the (financially) crummy year is just coming to a head and to have my bonus hopes dashed is just hard. It would have only been the 3rd month this year for bonus, and that is super bad.

It was Charlyn that quit, no notice, no nothing. I have no idea what happened, as she did this earlier this year and we gave her some time to get her head straight. So it's a coworker, but also that a friend screwed me over.

OMG-you simply have to do Amanda's zumba class with me! If you are ever in town on a Saturday morning we can do her small class at Physical Difference (It's 8am, so really early!) Otherwise, she has a class Mondays at 6pm, and Wednesday at 6:30.

But yes, I want to experience Zumba everywhere I can! It would be fun to do a class away from home.

How you doing on your challenge? So far this week I've done 2 days of Couch to 5K running, plus 2 hour long Zumba classes. I have Day 3 of running tomorrow, and I signed up for an extra Zumba class on Sat. Calories are great so far this week, but I KNOW the weekend is going to be tough......

I'm glad you're here still! Well, since i'm coming courtesy of you, Thanks! I am working on saving $, but man, business is NOT GOOD right now (usually I hit bonus Feb, Mar, Apr, sometimes May. I did get Feb & Mar, but nothing in April, and nada for May unless we pull out a miracle). Jeff is looking for full time work right now. Here's hoping....

Anywho, I liked what you said about the race-the guy who said even dead last, you beat all the people who didn't show. So true! I'm just really wanting to find some inner peace right now, and I think focusing on this will help.

Eclipse is the halfway point, by the way, I counted yesterday! Only 6 weeks to go!
