NEED MORE ENERGY

Hello. I joined Sparkpeople to track my meals. Then when I started exploring the site even more I got involved in posts, tracking workouts, and reading articles and watching exercise videos. I am want to lose 40 pounds. So far I have lost 12 pounds. It is amazing to get compliments on my current weight loss but I am still not satisfied until I reach my goal and plan on staying there.
