ate on a smaller plate

drinking more water than before and less sodas

drinking up to 8 glasses of water

out of 150's

workout in the mornings, harder and longer

went up stairs without using rail

wearing an old pair of pants have not been into in forever

On new diet plan from doc plan 3 days a week
the other 4 paelo

lost 12 pounds
walking 2 times per week
down to 1 soda on non 3 day diet
