You're doing awesome! If you add some strength training as well as cardio that will really help. Most people underestimate the power of strength training, but it is so good for us.

Happy Friday! Control is a tough issue for a lot of us. We can control some of what we do, but we can’t control everything! Keep pushing towards your goals.
