My Goals:
My current goal is to exercise consistently twice a week for 4 weeks consecutively. Exercise is the one thing I always put off!

My Program:
I am making healthier eating choices and managing my nutrition very closely. I am not limiting myself any foods just enforcing moderation.

Cardio and strength exercise three times a week on alternating days with Sunday a "day off" with light exercise only

Personal Information:
I am 31 years old and have been on the healthy living challenge for two years now, I have been unable to maintain any weight loss to date but I am learning and definitely more aware of the choices I make on a day to day basis and I believe that in itself is a win.

Other Information:
I am a total nerd at heart lol.
