My Goals:
Get down to 135 pounds, eat cleaner and be more active!

My Program:
I am doing Chalean Extreme and training for a half marathon in June.

Personal Information:
5% Commitment
I plan on working out 6 days a week. Cardio 6 days a week (30-40 minutes)and strength training 3 days a week. More is always an option!
I am not any diet, mainly I track what I eat here on SP trying to stay in range and I am in the process of trying to eat cleaner. Goal for this challenge is to get in 5 servings of freggies everyday and cut out my daily soda!

Sip a daily 16 oz cup/glass of green tea, with a little lemon juice, (or more throughout the day, if you like). Hot or cold, your choice.
