May 2013 ~ Update
I have changed my name.
Life is good! I am busy, I am blogging, I am running, I am still here. Honestly, I needed a Spark break, for many reasons.

Need some background? Here's the quick version:
In my life, I have struggled with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, etc. And now...
Food allergies, food intolerance and numerous stomach 'issues' still have me facing food demons. It is a constant battle and a learning process.

I have changed my name.
Life is good! I am busy, I am blogging, I am running, I am still here. Honestly, I needed a Spark break, for many reasons.

Need some background? Here's the quick version:
In my life, I have struggled with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, etc. And now...
Food allergies, food intolerance and numerous stomach 'issues' still have me facing food demons. It is a constant battle and a learning process.
Eating is like a constant science experiment. I have frustrating days and good days.

~Sugar Free
~Soy Free
~Dairy Free
~Nut & Seed Free
~'Mostly' Citrus Free (I can't eat the actual fruits)
~Semi Vegetarian

I am sure there is more, but you get the idea. Some are by choice, some are not. For that reason, I am starting a food & recipe blog to go along with my Healthy Lifestyle blog.

that run streak is really awesome. I havent run since mid November... kinda fizzled and I am using the off season to ST.. ill be doing plenty of running in the next several months in prep for my 70.3... but for now... aaaaahhhhh pull the plug.

keep working toward the 1 yr runnerversary... once you go half.. you'll never go back ;)
