Mindy's Losing It!!
I've been working to lose weight for the past few years and have had good success, but after a year hiatus from trying to lose or even maintain what I had done, I'm back ready to undo the damage and just get healthy.

My Goals:
I want to lose a total of 83 pounds.
My Program:
To reach my goals, I am tracking each and every morsel of food that enters my mouth. My food-logging motto is "if you hog it, you log it". Knowing that I have to document EVERYTHING that is going into my mouth makes me rethink taking that cookie or grabbing that candy-bar.
