Getting on the right track
When I was 17, I weighed 155 pounds. After 5 children and 3 marriages, I was up to 262 pounds on January 7, 2008, which was my highest weight ever. My joints hurt everytime I move and I get out of breathe real easy. I know that all this is caused by my weight. At least, I can say, thank goodness, that I do not have any health issues except my weight. Once I get my weight down, I know that I will feel so much better both physically and mentally. Staying motivated to do so is the hardest ...

Personal Information:
I am from New Hampshire where we have a small farm of miniature horses, 4 dogs and 1 cat. I work as a Transportation Safety Coordinator for a major natural food warehouse and was formerly a truck driver. I grew up mainly on a dairy farm in Vermont and worked on various horse farms as a groom.
Other Information:
I love NASCAR, horses of any breed, living in the country, and just enjoying nature.
