*Get more sleep

*Cut down on starchy carbs
*Add more fruits & veg
*Add more protein


My Program:
Sleep goals:
Earlier bedtime- 11pm (yes, that's early for me)
Wake up early for morning workout- 6:30am

Nutrition goals:
Protein-centred breakfast, snacking only on fruits & veg

Fitness goals:
Ease back into running without aggravating my leg injury, by walking daily for 2 weeks, then c25k program
ST twice a week
