Work in progress - how fit can I get?

I seem to have found what works best for me:

- having 3 menus a day (500 calories each, with a lot of freggies)

- exercising (mainly ST with Jari Love, ChaLean Extreme, BeFit, running, ballet dancing, stretching...)

- listening to the Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts by Renée Stephens

- writing away my emotions, whatever they may be

- and SparkPeople of course!

I'm finally seeing progress and I'm thrilled!

My Goals:
My main goal is to feel better and be healthier.


My Program:
- at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week

- walking to and from work and as much as I can whenever possible

- running outside along the Parisian streets (lucky me!) three times a week

- yoga or stretching every two days

- ST every two days

- ballet for 3 hours every Saturday

- consume about 1500 healthy calories a day in 3 meals and focus on freggies and natural proteins.

Personal Information:
I'm from Paris, France and my nickname is Nan.

I want to take better care of myself, for me and my family's sake.

And because I'm worth it!!!

Other Information:
I'm quite curious to see how fit I can get. I like challenges, such as marathons (I ran two) or competitions.

I'm also an avid audiobook listener and novel reader.

I'm overjoyed to be a mother of two!

I believe in raw food. Several people have asked if I have gas but you know lately I don't. You body gets use to processing food. I did however have a reaction to mcd I had a headache and tummy achy for 12 plus hours. I was good I thought I will get a kids meal and water ...... no good..... Im am having a fast food hang over. I wish I could tell other people what I am going through but to them I am a dork. My husband is getting more on board with eating more veggies and fruits every day.

Yes, by shifting marking I mean getting it done, and shifted off my desk! I had TOWERS of books this week, but now beginning a 3 week Easter break :-). I hope you're doing ok, and getting back in balance. Have a restful weekend, take care x
