I'm a busy lady with one full time and one part time job. With my busy schedule, I struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle with good food and regular exercise. My goals include learning more about healthy cooking for my family and learning how to take better care of myself.

My Goals:
All of my life, I have been setting myself up for health failure. My goal is to turn that around and take better care of myself for my family, but more importantly, for myself. I will eat better, exercise more, and reap the rewards like lower body weight, more energy, more positive attitude, and better overall health!
My Program:
Food-wise, I am tracking everything I eat, staying within my goal ranges, and trying to make more nutritious food choices. Exercise-wise, I'm walking 10,000 steps each day, doing a 40 minutes of cardio 5 times each week, and planning to add a strength component.
