It's me again.........I'm here for the long haul!
I'm 35 year olds, living in PA with my husband, 3 year old daughter and 6 month old son. I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight. Well, it's not a struggle for me to pack it on, it's a struggle to make the right choices in life. I have been + or - 30lbs FOREVER, never completely satisfied with my weight, clothes, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm very comfortable in my own skin but I hate being overweight. I'm that kind of person who thinks she is smaller than she is until I see a picture of myself and wonder "WTH happened, why am I so big". I always think that I look great (and I may look decent for my size) but I never know I'm this big until I see a picture. Today is a new day. I am a past sparker and when I followed the calorie range I lost my 30lbs and was happy. A lot has happened since. I become a mom, I traveled a lot for work, blah, blah, blah. NO MORE EXCUSES, I am doing it and changing my lifestyle, this isn't a diet! I want to be healthy, skinny(ier) and look great in clothes. I want my husband and kids to be proud of me. I want to keep up with my kids. I want to exercise and wear cute work out gear! Welcome to my page, leave some comments, cheer me on and let's be buddies!!

My Goals:
I would like to be near my wedding weight/pre pregnancy weight. I would like to drop my size 12 and go back to 8's and 10's. I want to NOT be the fluffiest girl in the group. I want to look in the mirror and see the skinny girl that I think I am!
My Program:
I am really trying to stay at the low end of my calorie range and participate in some sort of aerobic activity 5-6 days a week. I want this to be my new lifestyle, not a diet. I want this way of life to work and last!
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Northern NJ (best food ever), worked in Manhattan for 11 years, moved to Southern Chester County, PA. I'm always looking for something to do, someone to do it with! I am very sarcastic and love to laugh!
