My Goals:
I love health, fitness and helping others and my GOALS are staying on track with my workouts and eating healhty. I am doing ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Jam

My Program:
I do a 90 day circuit training program called ChaLEAN Extreme and also am OBSESSED with Turbo Jam def my soul mate workout program. I am now training for a 1/2 marathon

Personal Information:
I am a small town girl with HUGE GOALS in my life. I want to do so much and help so many people in my life realize they are good enough and help them reach their health and fitness goals. Also I love helping others with personal development

Hi
I just finished my 4 th week of Chalene Extreme. I can't notice a difference yet, just a little on my stomach. This week I start he push circuit. I'm really enjoying this workout.
I just joined the kettlebell team, & I'm excited about using the bells. I had them in back of my closet & decided to dig them out. I've been using them after my strength days for a few exercises after Chalene.

Thanks for the friend add. Turbo Jam is definitely my workout of choice most of the time. I got Chalean Extreme a while back and I'm finally trying to make a serious start with it...but I'm only on day 3.

Thanks for the add & I'm adding U to my friends. Gee I'm happy to know someone who's a Beach Body Coach. 3 weeks ago I just started "Chalene Extreme" & having so much fun /w/ it. I completed the last day in the 3 rd wk. today, & felt terrific. Then I ran out to shovel snow. Great workout day.
