My Goals:
I want to feel good and healthy, strong and in good control of my body and my life!

I want to reduce my abdomen to eliminate the health risks associated with excesses weight in that area.

My Program:
Right now, I am on Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution plan. For the most part, I watch my diet and try to eat healthy, and I LOVE veggies and water!

Personal Information:
I am from Texas, currently living in Forney. I was born and raised here, though I lived in Memphis, TN back in 1995 and 1996.

Other Information:
I have multinodular goiter, for which I am on thyroid replacement therapy, so I have difficulty keeping weight off or losing it.
