I'm really serious about weight loss...again. We're in the process of buying our first house, and I want to have much better habits when we get there. I have a full time job, am married, and have two furbabies. We're looking to have kids in the near future, but I have put in the stipulation that I want to be at a good weight before we have kids. I want them to grow up with a healthy lifestyle from day 1.

I have gotten started (again) after getting married, completing graduate work and starting a new job.

I've been working on weight loss for years. I'm quite a bit more motivated this time around because I'm starting to see my mom having big health problems and DH and I are planning on starting a family soon.

I'm using Jillian Michaels and Bob Harpers' videos. I love kettlebells and walking my cat. (I know. He really walks. It's kind of weird. He thinks he's a dog.)

Keep up with those extra steps and healthy habits and let us know how we can help with anything. But, you're not off the hook emoticon we'll have to find you some extra arm exercises while you're resting your legs !! (hahahaha!!)

Don't forget the Weekend challenge this week will be BLC-Wide. It will be great if we can have a first ever Falcon 100% participation in a BLC-Wide Challenge!! Counting on you to do what you can!
