I will be 38 in June and have two boys 2 and 3. My three year old has autism and takes most of my time. I have found time in the morning to work out before anyone else wakes up, it helps wake me up and I also don't feel guilty. I have majorly changed my eating habits and have noticed an increase in my energy level and my skin is much better. I just feel better all around. I now use sparkpeople to maintain.
Previous: I am 34, have a new baby boy, 4 months old, and am looking to lose the last 10 or 15 pounds of baby weight. I have now had baby no. 2 and am having a hard time losing the last 9 pounds this time. Baby 2 is 18 mo old and I don't have much time to exercise like I did before. Hopefully coming back to SparkPeople will give me th motivation I need.
Well I am the big 40 now and pregnant with baby #3!! Big surprise in our house :)
I am trying to keep healthy this pregnancy and eat organic and keep my sugar intake to a minimum.
Hopefully at 41, when the baby comes, I will be able to take the weight off. I use the food intake calculator to make sue I am getting enough nutrients through food for the baby. Although, I still take a prenatal.


My 2 boys are now 22 months and 3. I find time in the morning before anyone wakes up to exercise. I am looking to keep the weight off from my pregnancies and now get fit! I would like to lose another 9 pounds by my borther's wedding in October.

    The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

    Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

    Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

    If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

    Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

    Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!

    I thank you for your encouragement, it means much to me! Keep moving forward, and soon you will be free!
