--- Realized I've been eating way too few calories when I do SP, going to do it but follow IIFMM. --- My current motto is an oldy, and sometimes not true, but generally, "Nothing Taste As Good As Thin Feels" :)
Loose 45 pounds, fit into my old pants, run half of a half marathon without dying, look and feel better.

More protein, more fiber, track everything, drink less, some exercise everyday and the gym at least four times a week.
