Ok, it isn't baby weight anymore....no more excuses!

I first joined Sparkpeople before I got pregnant with my son. I lost about 10 pounds and then got pregnant with him. After having my son, I finally got active again when he was about 9 months old and then I got pregnant with my daughter! That was 6 years ago and I've constantly yo yo'd since then.

This time I'm determined to make it happen. I'm training for a sprint triathlon in May. I hope to finish it and then sign up for more and aim to improve each time.

My Program:
Stay withing my target range of 1250-1600 calories a day. The most important thing to me is staying active.

Joined the gym where I will do various strength programs via a trainer and cardio. I'm also training for a triathlon.

My name is Rachel and I live in Central Virginia with my husband and 2 children. We have 2 dogs.

I work full time, so it is especially important to get up and get moving every day.

Hi there. I've been doing ok. Haven't been online in a few days, it's been rough, plus, I'm sick on top of that! But I did manage to lose a pound prior to that, so that's something! How have you been? I hope you are doing well!

I feel focus but it doesn't last long. Came home yesterday I felt like exercising, went into the house, DS comes with some college appication stuff. That was the end of the exercise. Got into that until 10p.m. Can't seem to feel settle and even kiel. But thanks for the support.

Hey, saw your intro over on the cycling team page. How is it going emoticon ? I have been road biking for many years, and love it. That being said, I have greatly reduced my miles, and am hoping for a little incentive here at SP! Good luck with your journey emoticon
