I have a lot of food sensitivity to things like bananas and rice and starchy carbs. I will immediately bloat and not feel well. Unfortunately, the one down fall of paleo is that you need to stick to it. If I fall off the wagon for even a day I feel the affects of it and don't like it. But the results are amazing and do happen fast once you start. You will feel it in like a week. I just wind up doing it on and off and struggle with keeping it consistent. Haven't found a happy medium yet. I hope that helps answer your questions!
