Moving Forward

I have recently reset my goals since I have gained some weight back. I am motivated!

It's hard to realize that you are another statistic. When I lived in a different country it was easier to lose weight and maintain it because the lifestyle was different. As soon as I came home I fell back into old habits.

I know I have to lose weight to be healthy and fell better about myself. I wake up in the middle of the night and just panic sometimes. I don't know how I got here ...

I should be at my goal weight by next summer. My husband and I are planning a trip to London, Paris, and Rome for a belated honeymoon. I haven't been able to take pictures without freaking out for the last couple of years. It's difficult because I want pictures of my honeymoon and I will stop at nothing to reach my goals.

So glad to hear you are doing better, you will get that BP down in no time. I do the same thing...eat when stressed, ugh, that is such a hard thing to break. Baby steps and we will get there.
