Fit & Healthy for a First!

Hi! I'm 33 yo and unfortunately live with my parents. Since moving back home 5 years ago due to chronic migraines, I have gone from 110 pounds to ~172 pounds. While back at school here I discovered I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I just recently underwent Medical Botox for my constant migraines and the change has been amazing! I spent most of my life starving myself so eating normally is hard for me.

Thank you for your kind comment :) yep, I was at 10088 steps at 11am yesterday after my bike run then pushed to walk in place the rest of the time :) I avg 10500-16000 most days
