Fit & Healthy for a First!

I'm reupdating my intro. When I started Spark People I was 31 years old. I am now a little over 32 and I've been with my boyfriend for 16 years. BELIEVE ME when I say you can never go home again... at least not without losing your sanity! Lol. In other words due to health problems and a series of unfortunate events the only child is back in the nest. I'm starting my Sonography (ultrasound) program. 18 months of hardcore classes and a 100% job placement! When I moved in with my parents I also ...
I'm reupdating my intro. When I started Spark People I was 31 years old. I am now a little over 32 and I've been with my boyfriend for 16 years. BELIEVE ME when I say you can never go home again... at least not without losing your sanity! Lol. In other words due to health problems and a series of unfortunate events the only child is back in the nest. I'm starting my Sonography (ultrasound) program. 18 months of hardcore classes and a 100% job placement! When I moved in with my parents I also moved closer to my boyfriend. The result was I gained about 45 pounds in less than a year. I'm also on meds that make it easy to gain but difficult to lose. I miss my old life terribly. But I'm at my highest weight ever and I have got to get down to a fit healthy lookinh and feeling weight. I was anorexic in middle school and high school and in college I started purging anything I ate. Luckily I am past the dark depths of those days but I won't deny I still struggle.

1) Doing workout Dvds (I have a huge collection so I'll never get bored lol)
2) visiting to websites to keep me motivated and accountable
3)Re - reading The Spark book for motivation
4) adding in healthy foods every week

Other Information:
I have become more motivated than ever! A few quick facts about me: I love roller coasters, hard rock, yoga, music, books, walking, horror movies, law and order SVU, CI, and the old episodes with Lenny. And I am now addicted to the Walking Dead!
