11-23-09 Dear Mr. Artery Clogging, Depression Causing, Breath Taking, Joint Aching, Sterilizing, Self Esteem Stomping, Period Changing, Clothes Bursting, Mood Altering Weight, I've known you the majority of my life. In which you have made it a constant struggle. All those high calorie high fat foods. As well as the late night fast food binges, ahh we were so happy, but I was far from it. I blame myself, since I did contribute to your stay. But now it's time for us to part ways. I'm taking control of my body. I want it back. I want to live a healthy life. I want to feel good in my own skin. I want to not hate going out because nothing fits. I want my arties to flow. I want to stick around for a long time. I want to travel with my husband when we are old and gray. And I want to have children! So the time has come, Mr. Weight. You're days are numbered. I plan on seeing less and less of you. Inch by inch and ounce by ounce. I don't care how long it takes me. You're history. I will not contribute to your unwelcomed stay any longer. One day at a time, that's it. And when that becomes a struggle, one hour, one minute, one second. I'm on a mission now. I want my life back. So this is goodbye Mr. Weight, you've stayed too long. I am now releasing you. =0)

*Eat Between 1200/1550 calories *Exercise at least 3 times per week *Weights 3 times per week *Understand when I'm eating for hunger or emotion *Track everything I eat and all exercise! *Record my progress!
Personal Information:
I have lived in california all of my life. I am married to a wonderful man for the past 3 years. We are a very active couple. We enjoy playing competitive sports together as well as watching the Oakland Raiders. We have a co-ed softball team that we started in 2005, we are the Outlaws!
