My Goals:
My goals are ongoing. My primary goal is to add muscle and gain strength. Go to the gym. Work with PT Ron to achieve my goals. My long term goal is to get to about 140lbs..in a healthy way. I am not in a hurry. My plans to reach these goals are to simply follow my nutrition tracker and stay within. Eat healthy food, stay away from take out or processed foods. Cook healthy REAL food at home most of the time. Be selective and suspicious of restaurant foods. I do NOT eat processed foods. Period. Go to gym a few times a week for strength training and aqua aerobics. Continue to do daily stretching routine . Swim in home outdoor pool when the weather permits. Summer only. Do treadmill daily on off gym days. Take Paco on short walks outside, he has bad knees.
