Getting fitter for life!

I have struggled with emotional eating over the years, and I have finally decided that I want to deal with it once and for all. I have been dealing with it on my own for a few years now and have so far lost nearly five stone (seventy pounds) but as I'm getting fitter I wanted a tool to help me track my progress, which is where SparkPeople comes in.

I plan to lose another fifty pounds in 2013, getting me closer to my goal weight, but more important for me is learning to live a healthy, active life, and my weight loss goal is based on a healthy body fat percentage, rather than a size or weight.
