It is really gonna happen!!!

It came awfully close last challenge!!!! My heart is beating fast with anticipation!!! That ol' 200 mark is coming up quick! I'm hoping for some help from this new Spring 5% to get me over and beyond into one-der-land!!! I'm sure gonna do my part!!!! I've been on SP for 4 yrs. come June, and I want to celebrate my sparkversary with a bang!!!!

My Goals:
1. Keep using my pedometer for increased moving!!
2. Stick with exercise plans.
3. Set up menus weekly and shop accordingly.
4. Monitor my sleep and water.

My Program:
1. Exercise at least 45 mins./day.
2. Planned menus and keep healthy snacks on hand.
3. Stay busy with projects around home!
4. Walk w/Leslie Mon. and Thurs.

Personal Information:
I live in WA state in a little town called Port Orchard with my husband, Dale, a sweet Japanese chin named Blossum and a weird cat named Meeco. I spend most of my time divided between church, housework, volunteer work at a nearby retirement home. I have two grown daughters who have left home and state, a darling granddaughter and another grandchild on the way!!!

Other Information:
My most favorite thing to do is crotchet and watch old movies. Especially the happy ones, although I do love a good mystery once in a while. I also spend time reading, mostly mysteries. My motto for this year is, "If it needs doing, do it!" I'm trying to break this habit of procrastination I have developed over the years. Being heavy gives a person all sorts of excuses-I don't intend to hold onto this fat, so there goes the excuses!!!!

Happy Easter!! Hope you had a good one today. Ours was really tons of fun. I made glittery coloured eggs and my little Pom enjoyed the ham! But, staying focused on my goals and hope you are, too. Doing some of that journaling and then yoga this evening. Hugs! emoticon

I think journaling is definitely a good outlet. And I've noticed that if you go back after a significant amount of time and read your old journal entries, you can gain a lot of information about yourself! It's surprising how much we change. A good way to detect patterns of behaviour and make changes to them, too.

don't forget to change your weight so your ticker says 200 and as it goes down I know the smile on your face will be bigger and bigger. if possible.
