My Goals:
I am with Sparkpeople over a year now and I lost all the weight that I want to loose,but I went on vacation and gain back some,so my determination is to work as hard as before to loose all the weight that I gain, I will eat as much fruits, vegetable, have the protein that I need for my body drink plenty of water,I want to have a strong and healthy body I also want to live a long life to see my Granddaughter growup to be a adult, and maybe see my greatgrand child,


My Program:
Okay, New Program for the Month of October,
1, Do a 3 miles Jog Three times a week on the Treadmill
2, Walk on the Beach every Morning for one Hour,
3, Do Strength Training 3 times a week,
4, Eat small Potions of meal 4 to 5 Times a day because I know that help me from Staying Hungry,
5, Do Pilates Two times a week,
6, Do Zumba one time a week,
7, Drink 8 to 10 Glasses of water Daily,
8, get 7 to 8 Hours of Sleep every night, I will Report in a Blog everyday at the end of the day what I did or what I did not get to do, This is my Goal for the month.

I am from Jamaica I live in west palm beach for about 20years I am a nurse
but I am not working I just stay home because my husband don't want me to work, so I just stay home
I have one son I just became a new Grandmother of a beautiful baby girl, I am married and my husband is from Greece so I am always
traveling to Greece for my vacation,Beautiful place,


Other Information:
I love to travel even before I met my Husband I use to travel to the I sland,I love going to the movies,I love to read, and alwsys have a dayout with my sister when we go to the movies, I Read some thing from a book every day, I love Sparkpeople and all the support that I get from my friends from Sparkpeople,

    emoticon RELIEVE HOLIDAY STRESS WITH EXERCISE emoticon

    The holidays are known for being the most stressful time of the whole year and it is a fact that the best way to relieve stress is to exercise. Even though you have a long shopping list to plod through, that’s even more of a reason to hit the gym. After 30 minutes on the treadmill, your mother-in-laws pending visit will not seem so overwhelming. The Christmas cards that you have not sent out yet, will not seem like such a big deal. Exercise releases stress in your life and gets the endorphins flowing so that you feel much better. So during this wonderful but very frenzied season, make sure you keep your daily exercise going. Not only will the pressure and tension be easier to handle, you will also have the energy that exercise gives you to be more productive and get more things done like shopping, gift wrapping, addressing Christmas cards, decorating, etc.
