My Goals:
I am with Sparkpeople over a year now and I lost all the weight that I want to loose,but I went on vacation and gain back some,so my determination is to work as hard as before to loose all the weight that I gain, I will eat as much fruits, vegetable, have the protein that I need for my body drink plenty of water,I want to have a strong and healthy body I also want to live a long life to see my Granddaughter growup to be a adult, and maybe see my greatgrand child,
My Program:
Okay, New Program for the Month of October, 1, Do a 3 miles Jog Three times a week on the Treadmill 2, Walk on the Beach every Morning for one Hour, 3, Do Strength Training 3 times a week, 4, Eat small Potions of meal 4 to 5 Times a day because I know that help me from Staying Hungry, 5, Do Pilates Two times a week, 6, Do Zumba one time a week, 7, Drink 8 to 10 Glasses of water Daily, 8, get 7 to 8 Hours of Sleep every night, I will Report in a Blog everyday at the end of the day what I did or what I did not get to do, This is my Goal for the month.

I am from Jamaica I live in west palm beach for about 20years I am a nurse but I am not working I just stay home because my husband don't want me to work, so I just stay home I have one son I just became a new Grandmother of a beautiful baby girl, I am married and my husband is from Greece so I am always traveling to Greece for my vacation,Beautiful place,
Other Information:
I love to travel even before I met my Husband I use to travel to the I sland,I love going to the movies,I love to read, and alwsys have a dayout with my sister when we go to the movies, I Read some thing from a book every day, I love Sparkpeople and all the support that I get from my friends from Sparkpeople,
