Time to do this for real!!

My name is Emily and I am a 26 year old Aussie. I have been a SparkPeople member for about three years now but I really am determined to do it this time.

Previously it was about losing a little bit of extra weight that was creeping on, but I'm now up about 10kg over the last two years (compared to up 3kg for the previous six years).

Now, I want to commit to it over a longer period of time and the real challenge is about keeping it off once it's gone.

And the other challenge is learning how to eat well living with my amazing cook of an Italian boyfriend (mmm, olive oil ahoy)!

hows the junk-food free may treating you! so far im going strong i even said no to yummy nachos last night cause i promised myself chips were out of the equation this month haha it was hard to say no but god it felt good afterwards!! how are things going with you? hope your having a good week :)

They are amazing! We try to take him for a walk every night. Which he loves. He loves his soccer ball too. We kick that around the yard. You just can't get a better dog. :)
