I want to eat healthier and become more active. I want to take steps to ensure that I'm listening to my body & only eating when I'm hungry (not because I am stressed!). That said, I need to make sure I take time for just me and get plenty of rest! I want to have more energy & keep up with my nephews.
Plan my meals ahead of time & be more aware of what I'm eating.
Exercise daily (even if it's just for 5min minutes).
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
Eating at least 6 servings of fruits & veggies.
Log in to Spark daily & Track my food & exercise!

Thanks for posting about wanting to learn to knit backwards! I was curious about it and looked it up. There a very good tutorials on youtube! got the hang of it really fast, and I can tell you, this is fun!!!
