I've had enough!

I had finally had enough of the yo-yo dieting, and was ready to commit to a permanent lifestyle change. I want to be healthy and fit, and try to compensate a bit for the years of lousy nutrition and being a slug!

I know I never would've made it as far as I have, without SparkPeople and the support and encouragement I've gotten here. Plus, the Nutrition Tracker is an absolutely fabulous tool!

Enjoyed your blog about chocolate! Although, personally I do actually love dark chocolate and usually have 70% or darker if I can get it. Anyway, I agree with your idea, and I think it's part of what helped keep me on track when I lost weight before, that I didn't freak out about eating a little bit of chocolate every day, I just counted it as part of my calories and kept it to a reasonable amount. Like one square!
