Storme's still not giving up!

I am a 46 year old step mom of 2, mother of 5 and grandma of 2.5. I work full time and haven't taken care of myself in years. I am tired of beating myself up so I am aiming low and will try to forgive myself if (when) I mess up.

I am going to remember one important fact that I have seemed to forget as of late......
GOONIES NEVER GIVE UP!!

My Goals:
first and foremost I want to lose weight. not just the physical kind but the mental kind too. I want to be able to not have to have my husband hide the scale so I wont go on it 4 or 5 times a day. I want to feel good and not run down.

My Program:
I have been keeping with in my calorie goals and recording all my foods and fitness info every day. I have been reading the articles and taking it all to heart.
I have started printing and clipping out stuff I need to work on and I am working on it!

Personal Information:
I go to QVCC in CT. I work full and part time. I am a very good grammy to my baby boys.


Other Information:
I love.love.love Stephen King books. (books, downloads, movies,audio books, you name it!)

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
