Would be great if you travel to Denmark! I'm sure you'd enjoy it.
I can imagine you thought about emigrating after the elections but... we in Europe TOO will face the consequences of Trump's policies and we have our own problems with politics getting more and more right-wing, rough and racist here, as well.

Thank you for stopping by my 16 blog. I often complain about my lack of educational resources so thank you for reminding me that I really do have quite a few options. I suppose I compare myself to my sister who lives in the Greater Los Angeles area. Well, I can't compare well to her options. There is a 2-year university here that offers wonderful community ed classes at mostly reasonable prices and there is a community ed organization in a small town near us that offers exercise and other options in my town. I should be thankful for what I have so thanks for mentioning it.

I don't want you to think I have it all figured out when it comes to cleaning, yard work, etc.
I have learned to worry less about the cleaning but I do find a daily run through the house to clean up the bathrooms and kitchen plus picking up goes a long way. The house looks better and when I get a chance to clean deeper, it doesn't take as long. Still, things get away from me sometimes and I just need to clean what I have time to do whatever I can until the house is done. To-do lists help.

I cook dinners with leftovers in mind. Fortunately my husband doesn't object when I tell him he's on his own for dinner. I feel like he hears that more than he should.

I have also learned to accept help when it's offered. I don't say no. If a neighbor offers to shovel or clean gutters or if a sibling offers to provide care on a day I was scheduled to see Dad, I accept. I'm still a work in progress when it comes to asking for help.

I try to eat well and get my sleep (though that can be hard sometimes). I go to the doctor and dentist at scheduled times but admit my hair appointments are no longer regular.

Good luck in 2017. Keep us posted!!

emoticon , thank you, thank you for commenting on my cataract blog! I knew one of my SP friends had the surgery and blogged about it. But I couldn't remember who and when - so now I know!!! Your blog was so helpful I had even shared it with my sister who is still hesitating about the surgery. Off to re-read now that I know where to look!

Thanks for reading my blog. Christmas knitting always used to leave me the most leftovers because yarns were bought for just those specific projects. It is amazing what you can combine together!
