Hey girl - thanks so much for the Spark Goodie! You are absolutely right. Ultimately, only we can control ourselves and let ourselves stay in situations that aren't beneficial. We have to love ourselves enough to find the strength to walk away when necessary.

How have things been going? I hope you are finding time to enjoy being with yourself, and taking care of yourself in the ways you know you need. I also wish for you wonderful people in your life who will support you and care about you for YOU and not for any other selfish reasons - and people for whom you can do the same.
