I am doing pretty well on the plan .......... need to jump in and get those recipes and the ingredients this weekend .......... have really been keeping tabs on food calories and staying close to 1400 cals per day ............. wishing you well and lemme know how U R doin ok? ............. emoticon

No, I don't think leaving the miso out really mattered that much. I did put in just a drop of soy sauce in its place.

I am told that the miso is mainly salty and umami, so I think the soy sauce was a reasonable replacement that I had on hand.

(Umami is supposedly a pleasant savory taste, possibly meaty, brothy, and imparts a depth and richnesss to things).
