I'm Back!

Hey, I kind of disappeared there but now I'm back! I'm on a roll! Lost a total of 85lbs which is pretty amazing to me because I never knew I had the will power/dedication to do it. Because of this, I actually want to thank all the fitness/nutrition pages I follow on Instagram (believe it or not), it all has been a huge motivation to me for than anything. For now my current goal is to get down to around 125. My lifetime goal is to build muscle overtime afterwards. So that's me now!

Nice to meet you MISS_AJA! Glad you could join us

I too have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine...weight loss will sometimes relieve apnea...but not always...I know plenty of "skinny" people with sleep apnea so I do wish you good luck in that arena.

As for the weight loss arena...that doesn't require luck...just determination and it sounds like you have it!!!!
