31 year old dialysis person (5 years). It's funny how I workout more than some healthy people I know and then again some dialysis folks I know don't seem to care. Everyone has the same mindset. Now I'm back to doing big workouts. But I listen to my body. That's a part of it too, listening to your body. My body is saying it wants to move it!!
