I saw in the team huddle that you need support! Yesterday I went to Zumba for the first time in a LONG time…I thought I was going to die. I looked in the mirror and saw things jiggle that don’t belong on my body. That was motivation!!! I have really been a stickler on tracking my calories and getting in any kind of exercise I can. Whatever you do….DON’T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! YOU HAVE A VISION FOR YOURSELF!!!!! REMEMBER YOU ARE trying to be the BEST possible version you can of yourself! You can do it!!!! YOU ARE STRONG! A quote that I love is “She turned her CAN’TS into CANS and her DREAMS into PLANS”. Remember you CAN do it, make a plan and you will accomplish your dreams.
