Kate,

Wonderful views of your office and winter-wonder-land home. I take comfort in your the way you've stated your goal. I know that the typical pattern is to gain a few pounds every year and so your approach of reversing this trend is a great comfort. Especially when we don't see much weight loss, it's helpful to remember that at least we are not gaining, and in a way this is a loss.
