Fabulous Fifties
Hi: My name is Pam I turned fifty on November 8, 2010 , I started off 2010 weighing 188 pounds with my goal to weigh 150 pounds by my 50th birthday , I weighed 160 pounds on my birthday . I didn't accomplish my goal ;however I am still striving to accomplish that goal. I have gotten off track ;but it is time for me to focus and get back on track, this will be the year that I will achieve my goal!

My Goals:
To get get a healthy BMI , lower cholesterol and become healthy. To be in shape at fifty.
My Program:
I spend 60 to 90 minutes a day at the gym per week, three days of cardio and two days of strength training. I am trying to make healthier eating choices , limit intake of sweets and excessive snacking.
Personal Information:
My name is Pam , I'm married and the mother of two. I enjoy reading, attending church and spending time with my family.
Other Information:
I can do everything through him who gives me strength. I lift up my eyes to the hills where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
