I want to lose 100 pounds in however long it takes.

My Program:
Working out 3 days a week; one day is with a personal trainer. I follow an eating plan created by the health club nutritionist. I try to get -9 hours a sleep each night.

I saw your post on the boards and had to send you a note. There is something out there that works. I've been fighting with my weight my whole life and just this spring I found something that actually is working! I've lost 25lbs in 9 weeks! and I'm getting healthy too! Its wonderful... ...I do love ireland...the pups all wear bandannas every month...now if i could get those pesky cats to wear them as well.
