I'm Heather. I am 39 years old, married with 1 child. I have tried many times to loss weight and just fall to the side with lack of effort.
I took one look at my weight in Nov 2013 and saw I was close to 300 lbs. After the shock wore down I realized I cannot be this lazy, lifeless person any more and promised to change my life, not just for me but my family.

Update:
Mar: I have been on sparks almost 5 months. In that time I have lost 56lbs. I have joined a few challenges to help me on this journey to better understand what is needed to lose weight.
My goals are to maintain my calorie range.
Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day
Drink 6 glasses of water minimum
And keep pushing every day and remind myself where I have been and what I have accomplished even if the scale does not reflect my hard work.

My Goals:
My short term is to lose 60 pounds by August 2014 when I go visit my friends
Long term i would love to see 150 pounds on the scale one day.



My Program:
Tracking my food every day, drinking more water and try to exercise a minimum of 20 minutes every day.

Personal Information:
I'm south of Buffalo NY. I used to live in California and moved out to help family. I have been with my husband for 13 years and have one child who will be 6 this year.

Today is a new day! emoticon

Under the big top we will be learning to become a sharp shooter! When we aim for something and keep trying, it becomes easier for us to hit our targets. emoticon

My challenge for you is to check out the Bow and arrow exercise in the daily panther challenge, to help with reversing upper arm sag. emoticon
