My Program:
I run 5 days per week with yoga tossed in. I have become addicted to running, it is my passion and helps me keep my sanity!
I try to track my food as often as possible and I also watch my diet pretty closely. I have stopped focusing so much on the scale. I am tired of being held hostage and letting it determine my day.

Personal Information:
I live in Florida with my husband , 5 children and our dog, Lucy. I love to spend time with my family. We enjoy camping together and enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. I also love to read when I have the time. I am a working Mom who has finally decided to do something for myself!
